Procedures for the Chambers of Chief Judge M. Bruce McCullough will remain the same.

Shortly after Motions are filed and docketed with the Clerk's Office, the Courtroom Deputy will issue a scheduling order, which will be mailed to the Movant by the Bankruptcy Noticing Center or directly from chambers. Movant must immediately serve said Order, together with their motion if not previously served, on all appropriate parties and then file a Certificate of Service with the Clerk's Office. The afternoon before the hearing, the parties may check our web site (www.pawb.uscourts.gov) to determine if the hearing will go forward or if a default order will be entered. The only motions entered by default by this chambers are - Relief from Stay, Avoidance of Lien and Objection to Claim.

As CM/ECF is streamlined, any change in procedure will be posted as it is implemented.

Settlement Agreements and Stipulations

In cases assigned to Chief Judge McCullough, parties filing a settlement agreement, stipulation, or similar document must scan the original, signed signature page of the paper document that represents the parties' consent and electronically file it as part of the settlement agreement or stipulation. The signature page and settlement agreement or stipulation shall be filed as one PDF document. The portion of ECF Procedure #8 that requires the name of the filers to be typed on the signature line and preceded by "/s/" shall not be in effect for settlement agreements, stipulations or similar documents requiring the consent of parties.
